Our tutors are particularly gifted at nurturing and providing a supportive and caring environment for students.

Each of us has a passion for education, children and the broader youth of South Africa.

We believe every child has a capacity for greatness and academic excellence, and we aim to help our students achieve their full potential.

Extra lessons are offered to internal and external students.

In 2012, My Tutor and Teaching Centre Pietermaritzburg opened its campus, successfully offering the NSC matric certificate, at the suggestion of Professor Zak Nel (Counselling Psychologist).

In 2018 the Centre re-branded as Maritzburg Tutor Centre and offers support to students wanting to write International Examinations.

Our campus offers a secure and safe academic environment. Providing a space that is both stimulating and balanced. The Centre is designed to provide academics in a unique environment to bring out the best in each student. The success of the campuses is testament to the dedication of the tutors meeting the needs of the students effectively.

Our aim is to expand each student’s character, mind and soul by providing a supportive and encouraging academic environment. This enables students to achieve their best through a variety of rich academic experiences.

Individual expression is encouraged and each student is inspired to have a want for a life-time of learning. Students are encouraged to develop self-respect and self-discipline as well as a healthy respect for each other, our community and our country at large.
